  • JDGT fails to fulfill a contractual obligation.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Misuse of the product or service.
  • Issues caused by third-party software, devices, or network failures.
  • Failure to read the product or service description before purchasing.

3. Software & Digital Product Refunds

3.1 Digital products and software licenses are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated.
3.2 Exceptions may apply only if:

  • The product cannot be installed due to verified technical issues.
  • A duplicate payment was made.

4. Service-Based Refunds

4.1 Services that have already been delivered are not refundable.
4.2 If a service has not yet started, partial or full refunds may be issued depending on the preparation work completed.
4.3 Custom, personalized, or tailored work is non-refundable once started.

5. Subscription Refunds

5.1 Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
5.2 You may cancel at any time, but unused subscription periods will not be refunded.
5.3 Any billing errors will be corrected or refunded.

6. Refund Processing Time

6.1 Approved refunds are processed within 5–14 business days.
6.2 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
